Human-first systems and structured engagement.

SustematiQ pairs expert facilitation with software we build ourselves. Two products are out in the world: Mate, which sorts the work you are carrying and tells you what comes first, and FoQus, a short breathing and focus reset. Physical products come later.

Mate

Decision relief for work

Holds your tasks, the promises you made to other people and the notes you would rather not lose, then puts one thing in front of you with the sum that put it there. Works with no AI at all.

Early access

FoQus

Recreational Relaxation

An early-stage digital experience for recreational focus and relaxation. Explores calm visual interaction, reflective focus sessions, and gentle browser-local settings.

Mate

You know what you have to do. What gets lost is the thread between fourteen open things and the one that matters before lunch. Mate keeps tasks and promises apart, ranks the day with arithmetic you can open and read, and shows you one item at a time. The ranking is plain rules, so it works with no model at all; add one on your own key if you want the help.

Two products today: Mate for deciding what comes first, FoQus for the pause in between. More later, when they are ready to be shown.
