Your data rights

This page explains how to ask SustematiQ to show, correct, move or delete the personal data we hold about you. It applies to sustematiq.com, trymate.eu, tryfoqus.eu, the FoQus app, the Mate apps and the “You Gave AI WHAT?!” game. The Privacy Policy explains what data we hold and why.

What you can ask for

• A copy of the personal data we hold about you, and how we use it.
• A correction of data that is wrong or incomplete.
• Deletion of your data, for example your alpha access request, your FoQus online profile or your alpha account.
• A limit on how we use your data, for example while we check whether it is correct.
• Your data in a file that a computer can read, to take it to another service.
• An end to processing based on our legitimate interests (your right to object). We stop, unless we have compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests.
• Withdrawal of a consent you gave. This does not change the lawfulness of what we did before.

How to ask

1. Write to info@sustematiq.com from the email address you used with us. Write to us
2. Say what you ask for (for example “delete my Mate alpha request”) and which service it is about.
3. If you write from another address, or if we cannot find you from your email address, we ask you for one more detail to confirm that the data is yours. We ask only for what we need for that.

There is no fee. We answer within one month. If the request is complex, or if we get many requests, we can extend this by two more months; we tell you within the first month if we do.

What we cannot find by name

Some data has no name or email address attached, so we cannot find it from your email address alone:

• Results of the “You Gave AI WHAT?!” game. Tell us the day you played and any text you typed into an “other” field.
• Data that stays on your device. FoQus progress in your browser and the data of the Mate desktop app are on your device only. We never receive them, so we cannot delete them for you. You delete them yourself: in your browser’s site settings, or in the app.

Deleting your alpha account

If you have an alpha account for Mate or FoQus, ask us by email to delete it. We delete the account at our sign-in provider and remove your access. Data that the law requires us to keep, for example to defend a legal claim, we keep only for the time stated in the Privacy Policy, and we tell you which data that is.

If you are not satisfied

You can complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stanisława Moniuszki 1A, 00-014 Warszawa, Poland, uodo.gov.pl, or to the data protection authority in the EU country where you live or work.
