In accordance with Article 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means (Ustawa o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną), the following conditions apply:

  • Technical Requirements: Accessing and utilizing the website and the FoQus app requires a device connected to the internet, an active email address (for Online Profiles), and a modern, up-to-date web browser (such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge) supporting cookies and localStorage.
  • Service Risks: Utilizing electronic services carries typical internet-related security risks, such as unauthorized data access, malware, computer viruses, phishing, and service interruptions. Users are advised to take active protection measures, including maintaining up-to-date operating systems, browsers, and antivirus software.
  • Software & Data Functions: Information about the functions and purposes of data or software introduced into the user's terminal equipment that are not part of the service content (such as cookies or localStorage) is available in our Cookie Policy.
